Question / Help Why do I have issues with OBS?

I've tried so many different configurations and just using a background, a couple of images, the league of legends launcher and webcam while streaming claims "High CPU usage" (I'm using NVENC) I don't have fast internet but I think it should do the trick. Also if I'm in game (league of legends) I'm sitting at 110 FPS plus but it feels choppy I don't have high ping or fps problems and the "choppyness" makes the game unplayable.
