So i'm using a MacBook Pro (2.4 GHz Intel Core i5) 4 gigs of ram to stream games live. I'm only streaming 30fps. And my upload speed is around 25-30 Mbps.
But when streaming anything above 1600... I start to get frame drops. OBS doesn't always tell me, but i'm watching twitch.tv for chats while streaming and I can see that it lags a lot. Are there some ideal configurations for streaming to twitch which i'm not aware of?
Also, how should I set the buffer size? right now my buffer size equals the bitrate that I have set (1600)... should it be lower than that?
