Why cant I record above 20000 bitrate

I have an amazing computer which is an i7-6700K CPU @4.00GHz 4.01 GHz. My game does not lag at all but when I look at the recording it lags a lot. I do not know why and I really need help.

Those are all my logs and AlphaAntiLeak is a anticheat for minecraft/

You shouldn't be using CBR for recording. Use tools / auto configuration to get proper settings.

I figured it out but my friends record with cqp and I set it to 24 and my obs recording lags but for them it doesnt even though my pc is really good. it is also a 1070 gtx

It is my gpu and cpu. Is there anyway I can lower those numbers? I looked at videos and it is due to the amount of cpu or gpu that you have on your computer.

Record at 60fps. You're overloading your system trying to record at 240fps.

Turn off Psychovisual Tuning and switch off Max Quality. Both of these use CUDA and can interfere with encoding if you're using your GPU for gaming at the same time.

Also, you're running 2 monitors at different resolutions which can cause problems on your version of windows. The 2004 windows update addresses this issue.

As a side note, do not record directly to .mp4. This container format requires closing metadata written at the end of recording, so if anything happens to interrupt the recording abruptly (such as a crash), then the entire recording will be corrupted. Record directly to .mkv or .flv instead. If you need .mp4 for editing purposes, then you can remux the recording afterward (either automatically via the advanced settings, or manually through the file menu).
