I put my screen resolution on obs settings to 1920x1080p (which is my monitor) and I downscaled to 1280x720 so itll be in 720p when I record. I upload it to youtube and theres a 1080p option, but it doesnt look clean, it looks like 480p.
As seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLZGTWnIogQ (please note I'm not advertising I am just using this as a example.

But then people like Prestonplayz uses it and uploads it as a nice crisp and clean video.
Any help would be appreciated :D

How long are you waiting before checking? Youtube takes a while to process videos at higher quality. I checked this video and it seems just fine.

It looks fine yes, but it doesnt look like 1080p. It's been up for about a day now and theres a 1080p option but for examples the letters arent easily readable.

xcessive audio bitrate

Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.

VBR in use

Consider enabling CBR for improved stream quality. CBR will use a fixed bitrate which allows a smoother network stream, reducing the chances of frame drops for both you and your viewers.

Faster preset in use

You have changed the default preset to superfast. The default of veryfast is designed for the optimum balance of quality and CPU usage. Using superfast will result in greatly reduced quality. If possible, try to change other things such as lowering the resolution or FPS before modifying the preset.

Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination

The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.036)

Is this it?

No.
I didn't ask for a copy and paste of the analyzer report (which is actually useless for measuring recording).
I asked for a link to the log itself.
