Question / Help Why am I dropping frames?

I recently "upgraded" to business class internet and that's when the problems started. I am suppose to be getting 12 upload, but I have been dropping frames. I cannot tell if this is because I am pegging my processor, or from the internet. Here is a log. I noticed the "unstable connection" prompts, so I'm thinking the latter.
