Question / Help While Streaming people getting loading circle every 5-15sec.

I got this problem when I reinstalled my windows to 8.1. My Upload Connection Speed:: 34873 Kbps or 34.9 Mbps. But I have struggle with my stream.

I swear you've posted your log before.

remove the custom x264 settings first. and second, besides lowering your bitrate there is nothing you can do. the issue is not on your side. you have to decide what bitrate the majority of your viewers are not buffering at and pick that bitrate.

I changed bitrate alot of times didnt fixed it yet. I cant understand how to fix it because it started happening for me not long ago. And no I didnt post my log its my first time posting it here

Ok, I will say that you cannot based if your viewers are buffering if you are watching your own stream. you honestly have to test with someone remote for best results. get on skype with a friend and have them help you out with this. obviously that log was not from when you streamed for a while so do you have a log from when you had to adjust your bitrate?

Ok I will try to change my bitrate and I will ask my friend to check. No I dont have log, because I have new windows so I forgot to get all information
