Your logfile will be under the help menu. then try this utility separately, make sure the utility is all that is running http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester Remember, whatever the bitrate the tester shows you want to do that bitrate - audio bitrate x .8 (80% of bitrate) i.e. the tester shows I get 1956 kb/s to the ingest server, my audio it set to 96kb/s, this is what that would look like (1956-96) x .8 = 1488 ( that would be the bitrate I would use for streaming.
