Question / Help Which CPU benchmark is more relevant?

I am considering of getting a new PC for streaming.

which of the benchmark from anandtech is most relevant in regards to streaming performance?

Handbrake?
x264 1st or 2nd pass?

Both Handbrakes and the first pass x264. Since OBS does live encoding, it can't do 2-pass encoding... that would break the laws of physics as we know them, so you can ignore that result.
