Question / Help Where to download 32 & 64 bit versions of OBS?

I have downloaded the OBS_0_638b_Installer. Is this installer 32 or 64 bit. The download site states that both 32 & 64 bit versions are available but I haven't found where the two versions for download are located. Thanks
