Question / Help whenever i try to stream from my webcam with obs it crashes

i can stream until i activate my webcam then it crashes. i just checked to be sure my drivers are up to date and everything seems fine. any ideas?

Does OBS itself crash? Does it provide a crash log?

it asked if i wanted to see it (the report) the 1st time but not since then. any way to pull up another way?

crash logs are stored in %appdata%\obs\crashDumps (copy and paste that into start/run)

Try Running the file C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\Tools\CodecTweakTool.exe
go to directshow filters >the ffdshow x86 video decoder then disable libavcodec for mjpeg.
