Bug Report When you start watching, I get the error

If you have and additional integrated GPU, you can try forcing OBS to start on the dedicated GPU.
Other than that, it means that your GPU does not support the features required to run OBS.
 
OBS was made to use specific GPU features which many older/poorer models of intel GPUs do not support. If you only have intel integrated on your laptop/computer, you may be out of luck. If however you have a mixed-GPU laptop, you should have some option somewhere to run it on the dedicated GPU instead usually
