Question / Help When stream game is not in full screen on twitch

Hi, I have a problem with streaming games. When I'm not in the game but for example in the browser it is ok, twitch shows my full screen, but problem is when i want to stream my game, then it is not on full screen like this: http://ifotos.pl/zobacz/OBSpng_exerheh.png/

Seems like you need to adjust the game window size in the scene on OBS, choose your scene, then clic edit, you can resize, strech and crop the window, use preview stream for that, what you see on your OBS screen is what your viewers will see on twitch.

Ok i fixed it by increase the resolution. But now I have another issue. The screen flashes every few seconds.
