Question / Help When saving a recording, no audio is played.

I am currently using windows 10 and trying to record CSGO footage for my you tube account. When I click start recording, the mixer IS picking up my audio from my microphone and desktop. After I finish recording I go to show recordings, and then I click on my MP4 and it opens with Movies and TV. As I watch the volume is all the way up by no audio, Any help?
