Question / Help When playing back, videos are extremely laggy and in low quality.

When recording normally, everything is at 100+ fps (Team fortress 2) And in 1600 x 900 res, but when I play it back, it's extremely laggy and is in 240p or less, and I don't know how to fix it. I'm currently using XSplit, but I don't like the giant watermark, and I sure as hell ain't paying.
Forgot to mention I use the x64 versoin.

Your cpu isn't good enough for your settings. And 1000 kbps bitrate isn't enough.
