Question / Help When im recording my videos are blocking

i was recording something with obs and when i finished my video was kinda like this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds9nH3SQrDY&feature=youtu.be . At the beginning is moveing but after a few seconds my video is blocking . Help Please
