dont disable aero. it breaks window capture in some programs. with OBS you never want to have it disabled anyway.
post your logfile after you reenable aero.

First, uncheck disable aero from the video tab of OBS, then make sure you are using a windows enabled aero theme. This is something you can google.
i did that and it still dont work
post a new logfile and read the second half of my statement. I guarantee, one of the two things I suggested has not been done.
That is the exact logfile you posted before.
check the settings I stated above, use a windowed aero enabled desktop theme restart OBS, stream for 5 minutes as a test, the post a new logfile
