Question / Help When i stream im getting lag in game

I stream at 720p and only 30 fps. But whenever im playing csgo i get random lag spikes every few seconds.

Im running a 4770k and a 780 lightning, so hardware should not be the issue. Temps and everything are also fine aswell.

While in game i still get 200-300 fps but the random lag spikes are weird, i feel like it's a setting in my obs but im not sure what it is

make sure to post a log and also make sure you have no flash player running in the background or on a second monitor e.g. your own stream since flash player can cause frame stutters ingame
