Question / Help When i stream games i get horrible ping

so when i try to play a game my ping goes all the way up to 250-300 and the quialty on my stream starts going bad and laggy here is my speed test can someone please help me with my settings http://www.speedtest.net/result/3813703618.png

also what number should i under max bit rate

Use 'minimize network impact' in broadcast settings or if that fails, lower bitrate more until the problem stops. Also if possible always include a log file.
