When I start streaming I automatically drop to 0kbps

When I click to start streaming, I get a notification at the bottom left saying I have disconnected and then attempting to reconnect, once reconnected it disconnects instantly and starts the same process. I'm a bit of an OBS noob but everything was working perfectly fine just a few days ago. I recently changed from Streamlabs to obs and still have Streamlabs downloaded on my computer so I thought I would try to stream from there just to see if I go love on Kick, which it did. What could be causing this problem only on OBS?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
