Question / Help When I recording the video is pixelate

Hi everyone, when I recording with OBS a game with 720p the video is pixelate, like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3iU6aLusck . The game run with hight grafics and hight resolution(1680x1050) and my OBS settings is: http://imgur.com/a/WIGOC .
I want to solve the problem.

change teh bitrate to 0
this will unlock it and let it run freely
you will find local recording bitrate will be around 100000

Change the buffering to 0, not the bitrate, keep that at 1000.

I thought the original videos looked fine, and the most recent one looks fine too. Youtube re-encodes everything you upload so it's never going to look as good as what you record locally.
