Question / Help When I record the screen is black + the clip becomes 7 seconds?

Hi, whenever I record (Monitor capture, window capture, none work) I end the recording, click "Open Recordings Folder" and it just shows a flv file, I click on it and it shows a black screen and no matter how long I record for it cuts it down to 7 seconds long? Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks - Jord.

Should I upload my log after I've tried to record?
