Question / Help When I click "Start Streaming" or "Preview Stream" OBS Stops working

I have also just begun to use OBS. I have no past experience with OBS such as Overlays, overwolf, etc.
I've had this issue from the very beginning.

Do you have a crash dump? It looks like it's crashing right after it tries to access the video card; I'd suspect an outdated video driver.

I do not have a crash dump. How do I set those up?
