Shared intel/radeon laptops have an issue where they cannot currently work with game capture, and it's due to some sort of driver issue. You pretty much have to use window capture with "compatibility mode". I know it sucks, but I currently don't know what else to do. If anyone else has a radeon laptop and knows how to get this to work, it would be nice if they could chime in about it.
