Question / Help Whats the Cause of my Stuttering Sound?

Im using 'Video Capture Device' mode with my StarTech PCI capture card. But i have noticed im getting audio stutter when setting the 'Audio input device' as the startech capture card!?. Here a quick stream of said issue...

If you are using version 0.48.013, please revert to 0.48.012, there currently seems to be some issue with the sound when it comes to capture cards in 013.
