Question / Help What the hell is going on with my OBS ?

I have this annoying problem. Every setting i set i get this message : Warning High CPU usage ! Consider turning down settings. Any setting i set i get stupid lag and choppy video . I'm really mad and i need help how to set it properly,anything i change always same problem.

Ok,i guess i will have to use Xeon or i7 4770k . Why don't you make it less CPU intensive so others with weak CPU can use software ?
 
You can make it less CPU hungry. But a) it will look like poop and b) your CPU is still not enough to push even 480p 30FPS stable.

There is no way to make the software become optimized for a cpu that is literally for viewing your emails. I'd honestly suspect that particular CPU to run beneath some tablets.
 
Doesnt matter. Some tablets are actually faster than your hardware. If you want to stream, invest some money into better hardware, there is no way around. Some tasks require raw power, deal with it.
 
I did a demo recording (custom settings) and works well,i'm happy with it. I use Lightworks and OBS for my videos.
