however this does not take into account if you are playing multiplayer games which will have an impact on your upload speed, you should probably go with 480p you bit rate should be 80% of your load speed

also like i said take into account that mulitplayer games use upload speed so 80% for you would bee 800kbps and then with multiplayer you could be maxed out depending on the game, personally i would highly recommend an internet upgrade atleast the 3mbps if not to 5mbps
