Question / Help What stream settings should i use?

Hi i'm new to this forum so im sorry if im posting this is the wrong section.
I'm a streamer but i'm having some dificulties with League of Legends when i try to stream because my pc gets really slow when im streaming. But i know my pc is cappable of streaming, what i don't know if i have the correct settings or not.

CPU: i7 2600k
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 8GB

Upload: 24mb

My settings:

I wanted to stream at least on a frame rate of 60fps i tried 720p 60fps but theres always a 3 sec freeze like at all the times and when i go to obs and see dropped frames it says 0.00. But theres a 3 sec freeze.

What settings should i use considering that i want a stream running at 60fps ?

id reccomend dropping to 30 fps only thing really other then that should be set

Yeah but isen't my pc good enough to stream at 60fps with no drops ?

most likely but over 30fps on your stream is kinda pointless its just forcing your cpu to do 2x the work on obs

Hmm okay, thanks. By the way should i stream 1080p 30fps or 720p 30fps ?

My game is running at 1080p

720 unless you pay sub to twitch you will be increasingly laggy and you would need a huge bitrate for it to clear it up nicely

ok then the changes i just need to do is put frame rate at 30 fps i still stream at 3500 bitrate right ?

3500 is great for 720p makes it crystal clear
