Question / Help What should i set my OBS setting on for Twitch?

I've been wanting to stream but not sure what settings would be best for me with no lag, so far I either get lag on stream or bad quality.

Speedtest results:
Download Speed: 27.86 MBPS
Upload: 5.95 MBPS

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
6GB Ram

Monitor Resolution: 1440 x 800

What should i set my settings to?

Time for a new CPU. That one is ancient by modern standards, and is not going to have the strength to cope with real-time video encoding at anything above maybe 240p.
