gpu:evga gtx 750 ti
cpu:i5-4670k
motherboard: asrock fatality h87
(obviously more stuff but tell me if u need more info.)

Your setup is more than capable enough for livestreaming. However, with your internet connection you can forget about streaming altogether. Your upload speed is simply too low.
