Question / Help What should be my settings to Stream on Twitch

Hi, I live in a place where the internet conection is very low,
Here is my conection results

and I got a Laptop
i7-3630QM 2.40 Ghz
GeForce Gt 650m
and 6 Gb ram

I need help, I dont care if I stream at crappy quality I only want to stream without any freezes.
