Question / Help What settings to use?

I'm currently able to stream at 1440x900. What settings should I use? I have about 4 upload and 60 download.

My monitor is 1440x900. It says the aspect ratio is 8:5.

8:5.. yeah I thought 4:3 was off. But still. That's an odd resolution.
