Over the past few days I have been trying to figure out what settings to use for recording in 1080p at 60 FPS. Currently, my video encoding max bitrate is set to 20000 kb/s using Nvidia NVENC as my encoder. I have slowly been increasing the max bitrate to try to remove artifacts and other things, but I'm not sure what an appropriate setting would be for crisp video.

What settings should I change to try to get crisper video?

If it is relevant, my PC Specs can be found here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zHxkt6

Ive been using shadowplay for a while now and to get the best footage I encode at 60000kbps, the quality is not perfect but it is really good for video editing after that. It really depends on the game, need and what you are trying to do, but i'd say 25-30mbps is minimal for best quality possible.
