I can't figure what settings I should use to record my screen.

your CPU isn't very powerful, 480@30fps would be tops, and that would be with CBR unchecked, buffer 0 and preset to superfast. that being said, I cannot seem find out if your APU has VCE, if it does, try this build of OBS:

I dont think it does but it could.
