These are the settings I'm using:
Vid encoding bitrate 2000
And I'm using an elgato game capture HD from xbone to pc with USB 3
have that set to 1280x720p 30fps I did try 1920x1080 @60 but still looked spotty
What should I be using to avoid it going all weird?
