Stop streaming over wifi. Wifi isn't meant for steady, constant throughput that demands as little interference as possible (aka: livestreaming). Suck it up, and run a cable.

Drop to 30fps. 60 is mostly numbers-wanking, outside of a very few, limited use-cases. Yours is not one of them.
