I would downscale the stream resolution to something lower than 1080p, but other than that the settings look fine. What are you trying to improve?

Well my stream just kept on freezing. Like i ran it for about 5 sec and then it kept on freezing. And it was quite laggy even though it said that i was running good and the fps was fine kept on freezing. I forgot to mention that it kept on saying Warning: encoding is slow or somehting like that.

Doing a 1080p AND playing a game might be a hard task for your processor. You could try using a faster (superfast, ultrafast) preset sacrificing some quality, but it'd probably be best if you downscale to 720p. MMORPGs are pretty processor intensive too, keep that in mind.

Seconded. i5s are great for gaming rigs, but they run out of steam much past 720p@30fps when gaming and livestreaming. You're going to need to downscale. Also, I'd recommend dropping your audio rate to either 96 or 128kbps. 160 for AAC is generally overkill. Likewise, streaming at 3500kbps is definitely NOT advised unless you're a Twitch partner. Most of your viewers will go into permanent buffering-hell.

Sweet spot for non-partners is 2000kbps, 720p, 30fps.
