Question / Help What settings should i use! PLEASE HELP!

I'm relativity new to the whole live streaming business and would love to stream some of my gameplay from games like World of Warcraft or even Dragon age origins/Inquisition when it releases. What settings would you folks reccomend based on my specs.

CPU: AMD FX 8350 8 Core Processor Overclocked to 4.33 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 660TI GDDR 5 2GB
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8G 2x4g
HDD: 3x HDs
Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 2TB
Corsair Force 90GB SSD
Another SSD 120GB

My Upload speed is average 10Mbits+ sometimes even spiking into the 30s
My Download speed is 50-60Mbits

I noticed Whilst playing dragon age my frames drop below 30 in game and on stream it looks terrible with the settings
i put in.

Please note what settings you suggest.

A) Follow the quickstart guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/official-quick-start-guide.5

(There's other guides on these forums as well.)

B) Stream your favorite game for at least 5 minutes while you play the game in a high-action sequence (not staring at the login screen, for example).

C) Come back here and check the stickied posts. If you still have problems, come back here and post an OBS log file from your most recent five-minute-or-longer attempted stream.
