Question / Help What settings should I have?

Hey guys,

I have wanted to casually stream for a while but haven't been able to due to my internet speed but I now have 110mb download and 6mb upload. I know the upload isn't great but I hope it's decent enough for 720 :).

PC specs are:

16GB RAM
I7 4770K
GeForce GTX 970
1920x1080

With that would it be best to use 720p and 30fps or would I be able to do 60?.

Well from the "Preview stream" it does look perfectly fine. I did test AC: Rogue so I'll try another game which has a few more things happening and see how it looks then.

Preview is not an accurate representation of "stream" or "record" quality. preview just tells you how its going to look if you have multiple overlays such as webcam, text, or background art, etc.
It actually isn't recommended to watch your stream OR preview while you encode since sometimes will cause studdering with OBS1.

Oh thanks bud. I asked a friend to watch while I tried CS:GO and apparently it looked "really good" :). Thanks guys!
