Question / Help What settings should i have ?

Hey ! I just got new gear to my pc and i want to start stream but i don't know what settings would be best for my pc ! Here is my pc setup:

I5 3570k 3,4ghz
Gtx660ti 2G
16G RAM 1600mhz

My settings right now on the stream is:

bitrate and buffer 3000
quality 10
720p
60FPS

right now when i am streaming LoL I cant feel any lagg but when i look at the videos from my stream it looked laggy.

Please look at my stream or write where what i need to change !!

I assume you are on widows 7, yes? Monitor Capture is not as fast on Win7 as it is in windows 8 so 60fps will be a bit tough with Monitor Capture. You should probably use a Monitor Capture scene for when you are in the menus(since a bit of lag here doesn't really matter), and a separate Game Capture scene for when you are actually in game.
 
Right now i am useing costum. is that better ?

It doesn't look laggy or anything, but I'm also not sure it's maintaining 60fps. Are you still using Monitor Capture?
 
Yeah, you should change to either Window Capture or Game Capture. You will need to have a second scene for the LoL menus though, because that is a separate program.
