Question / Help What settings for WoW

Hi, I know that my net is pretty shitty but I saw this one guy who has 0.80 upload streaming World of Warcraft without MS or FPS lag at 450p ish pretty steady.

I'm running on a i7-3770k 3.40 GHz processor and a nVidia GeForce GTX 660 video card with 0.85 upload.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me any settings to try to stream WoW at around 420-450p without really lagging (just so it's clear enough to be viable) I live in Finland btw.

well try 480p 25 fps on medium preset with a 500 bitrate and 350 buffer and see if your ping is stable and if the quality is okay.

also make sure that you have cfr and cbr enabled
