Question / Help What settings for 720/900p?

Hello guys,

I am looking for good settings for Twitch.tv but i dont know what to use/to do.

My specs are
CPU : Amd FX4300
GPU: AMd x265 sapphire
Ram: 8Gb
SSD: 1x 120 1x 240gb
Resolution: 1440x900

I am using right now OBS VCE

Your cpu is weak. If you are playing games on that one aswel (depends which one), I would say go with 2000 bitrate CBR, veryfast preset, downscale to 1280x720. That is default. You can try lowering one of those 3.

But i can use obs VCE aswell so cpu isnt the problem really, its just the quality of the stream which i am searching for...
