What Settings do you recommend without over heating PC?

I have 20 mbps Upload Speed.

Here's my PC Specs
  • Power Supply: 600w
  • Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P34 (FX)
  • CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
  • Ram: 16 GB
  • GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 650 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5
  • Streaming Speed: 3500 kbps

The cause of overheating is poor cooling, not the Loadout of your CPU. What Cooler are you using? My AIO Coolingsystem cooles the CPU on about 60° at 100% Loadout. At about 50° at Gaming and Streaming with an Loadout of 60-70%. 28-30° at idle. Remember, your cooling capacity can never be lower as the room temperature.

Do not look at your CPU load. Especially not on the Taskmanager. If your CPU is overloaded, then you'll remember that. Eighth dear to your temperatures .

With AMD it should work with the following settings :
Preset: Veryfast
Downscale: 720p
FPS: 30

Do not go over 3500 with the bandwidth if you are not partnered.

Unfortunately, AMD is not the best choice when it comes to Streaming and Gaming on the same Rig. I had an AMD 8320 as streaming PC. Only the stream to 720p and 60FPS has extremely minimal CPU resources. With my i7 4790k i have no Problems with thoose Settings AND Gaming on the same Maschine.

Yes, AMD just works worse than Intel for streaming. Intel CPUs (particularily their Hyperthreading) deal extremely well with encoders like x264. Also, the FX-8350 is a bit of a marketing thing, as it only *technically* has 8 cores, while in actuality it has 4 cores split into two virtual cores each (much like Intel has been openly doing for a while, except less efficient currently).

As for overheating... AMD (once again especially the FX-8350) tend to run very hot. In general Intel's philosophy is more about maximum efficiency, while AMD is more about brute power, meaning they're not afraid to make CPUs that achieve high clock speeds at the cost of CPU temperature. What you CAN do is underclock your CPU, it's what my friend did when their laptop kept overheating during their stream. It's pretty easy in windows as you can do it via a energy-saving preset, so you just have to switch windows to that profile when you stream, and get to use the full clockspeed otherwise.
