What settings do you recommend for:
> Processor: Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU 887 @ 1.50 GHz 1.50 GHz
> Rami: 6.00 GB (5.80 usable)
> System: 64-bit

I want some settings that make me NOT LAG!

uhm, not streaming at all.

you hardware is not sufficient for any kind of streaming at all, maybe 240p15fps on veryfast preset but that would literally look like 2 blocks of pixelation.

Nope, you won't be able to stream with those specifications, unless ofcourse if you have an NVIDIA GTX 600 series or up. Then you can use the NVIDIA NVENC encoder (encoding by using the gpu), which will result in 0 load on your processor.
