Hi, I noticed that my stream quality is great whenever i'm streaming. But sometimes it freezes for a second or it stutters. Also, when I click on a stream on twitch. It loads up in 1 second.
When I click on my stream, it takes 5 seconds to load up the screen and then another 5 seconds for the screen to play. What could I improve to help these problems?
See my log file for more info, I was not dropping frames.

Just a few things to note from that; firstly, you're getting a LOT of duplicated frames. Not sure if that's due to the Elgato or what, but it's probably why you're getting hitching/stutter. You're also using an aging CPU with that Ath II X4; not sure if it's going to be able to keep up with encoding a 720p stream. Have you been monitoring your CPU utilization, temperature, and clock-stepping (to make sure it's not getting thermal-downclocked)?

I'd also try unifying some of your on-screen graphics, if possible... you currently have a BUNCH of image layers, which could potentially be slowing down the compositing step, likewise with the text layers if they're checking/pulling from live files, though I'd see that one as less of an issue.

Not sure about the delay in the stream-start. It may be because you're streaming from the same machine you're viewing the stream from, adding to the system load, or additional load to your network connection.
