Question / Help What setting should i use when i stream?

Hi guys. i recently bought a new computer and started streaming but i seem to lag all the time on the stream, I tried streaming in 240p up to 1080p still lag. my upload is at 14mbps and my computer specs is

GeForce GTX 760 2GB

Core i5 4570 (Haswell), 6MB

16GB, (4 x 4GB

Not sure if any of that helps and i've already tried the estimator but doesnt really help me a lot. i got all the latest drivers. Any one knows what up with my compuer/net.?

So when you watch the stream, the stream lags? Like, it comes up with the spinny circle saying it's buffering? Because that's a Twitch issue. If the VODs are OK, then you're fine, and not everyone is getting the buffering problem. It's an issue with Twitch's new video delivery system. You can try lowering your bit rate to see if that helps.

The spinning circle only comes up when i watch my own stream while streaming.

It could be that, by streaming and watching your own stream, you're butting too much bandwidth demand on your connection, which could contribute to the buffering.

I think i may have fixed it. But the spinning wheel is still comming up on twitch even on the viewer list

Then you should probably talk to Twitch about it, because it's their new system that's causing problems.
