Question / Help What setting can i use?

Hey guys,
This is my pc specs:
MSI 970 Socket Am3+
MSI GTX 960 4Gb
Amd fx-8350 4.0Ghz(Not OC)
Ram 16Gb HyperX 1866Mhz
SSD SanDisk 128Gb(System)
And other hdd..
I tryed with the gtx660 but when im recording(CsGo) obs say that i have to use low settings...
So now that I have the 960 what settings i can use for make videos?(1080p60 or 1080p30)
