Question / Help What OBS settings should I use?

I want to have the best quality possible, without game or stream lag.

-Cpu: Intel Pentium Dual Core G2030 3Ghz

-Gpu: PNY GTX 260 896MB

-RAM: Lenovo 4GB DDR3 1600

-MOBO: Lenovo MotherBoard

-PSU: 650W Real Power Pro

-Case: Lenovo Case

-OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit

lets say it this way your cpu isnt really capable of streaming

the other part is the memory on your gpu is gddr3 which is too slow for which means no matter what you are forced to stream at something like 480p30 or even lower. your gpu is probably capable of transmitting 540p30 without the need of duplicating or late frames (not lag on stream but a stutter"ish" stream for the human eye)
