all i can see is a igpu and no dedicated gpu so this could be a limiting factor

for your cpu depending on the game you should be able to run 720p60 in most games and probably 720p30 without any problem 1080p30 is also not a problem but your igpu might be limiting you but its not a must be case and it also depends on the game.

doesn't really help, sorry, I am looking for best setting to use with these CPU settings.

theres no real "best settings" every variable changes the outcome so you either use the link osiris posted, or use common settings almost everyone which i actually also posted because changing presets to improve quality is something you do after you have a solid base which works without a problem
