Question / Help What is the best settings for 480p with slow upload?

So, I been playing around with Obs for about half a year and I just can't stand how my stream looks. I get pixels every other second. I was wondering what would be the best settings for for 480p quality?

If you guys have any other better settings than mine, please post them below and maybe some tips :)

tbh you kinda have to figure it out yourself since every connection is different since theres no "best settings" anyway just a rough suggestion which the https://obsproject.com/estimator tells you.


on the other hand you havend posted a log so we have no insight on your hardware etc. which leads me to rougly suggesting a bitrate/buffer usage of ~650 and the lowest audio bitrate possible (which you already have)

if you dont have dropped frames or ping problems you can raise your bitrate

and make sure to get rid of the custom x264 parameters
