Question / Help What is the best optimized settings for my PC and Internet !!!

Hi there, i need to ask about the optimized settings for my PC and Internet

Here's my pc specs :

CPU : Core i5-3570 (3.4Ghz)
GPU : MSI GTX 970 OC Tiger 4GB
Mainboard : MSI B75M-E33
Ram : Avexir 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz
HDD : Cavier Blue 2TB
PSU : 620W Seasonic 80+ Bronze

And here's my internet speed ( I'm from asia so I choose Singapore as the main streaming server ) :



Please help me optimize the settings so I can stream :)

I'm new too and need help ^_^ !!!

1280x720 30fps 2500bitrate/buffer

well key frame interval set to 2 and profile to main, yeah post a logfile once you've streamed for at least 5 minutes and we can help you more. this is why I just gave you some generic settings to get you started.

set your base resolution to your monitor's resolution (1440x900?) then downscale to 720p.

Second, enable aero as that is optimized for game capture to maintain frame rate and less duplicate frames (needs to be under 1% in the log.

What filter below the resolution downscale should I use ???

And I have 1152x720 as downscale, is that 720p ?
